About the Project

After searching for 1 year for a new home, the client decided they loved their existing home location so much that the only option was to extend it. This project was a 2 storey extension to create a larger kitchen and living area to accommodate their growing family.

What was included in the project?

Turnkey foundation installation.

Step 1 - demolition of deck

Step 2 - excavation 

Step 3 - footings

Step 4 - french drain installation

Step 5 - ¾  inch clean

Step 6 -build forms

Step 7 - pour concrete

Step 8 - remove forms

Step 9 - waterproofing foundation

Step 10 - backfill.
